Welcome to Greenhouse Ready. This training is an introduction to working in commercial greenhouses. You don't need previous experience: the goal is for you to understand the work before you commit, and to arrive better prepared for your interview and your first days.
How the process works
- You apply online (free).
- You book a call with our recruitment team.
- On the call we talk about your experience, availability and expectations.
- If you move forward, you complete this training.
- Your profile becomes Greenhouse Ready and can be reviewed by participating employers.
- The employer decides whom to interview and hire.
Greenhouse Ready will never charge you to apply, train or be introduced to an employer. If anyone asks you for money in our name, don't pay and report it.
How to use this training
Each module takes 5 to 15 minutes and ends with short questions. You can repeat them as many times as you like. You need at least 80% correct answers to complete a module.
